Terminally ill woman unable to die at home as power outages plague small Queensland community

Recurring power outages are crippling a small community north-west of Gympie, with residents saying they have experienced a dozen blackouts since December. A long-awaited substation planned for the growing suburb of Curra still has not come to fruition a decade after land was purchased for the project.
