High number of drowning deaths across Australia raises questions

It's been a devastating summer of drownings, with 75 deaths on our beaches and waterways. Despite the many warnings, swimmers continue to find themselves in danger in the water and it's prompting serious questions about the effectiveness of water safety policies.
