The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) has filed an appeal against the Court of Appeal's decision to acquit former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Samad of all nine charges of corruption involving RM3mil over the agency’s purchase of Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites (MPHS) in Kuching.
