Business owners left shocked after man has been seen dumping raw chicken in road

Business owners have been left shocked after a man was captured on cctv dumping raw chicken in the road.

Locals who live and work near Cleaver Street in Blackburn, Lancs,. say that a mystery person has dumped the meat in the road around three times in the last few months.

Shocking footage captured at around 9.40pm on Tuesday (March 19) shows the man parking his BMW series one, calmly placing a box on the road and then driving off.
