Mayor of Wigan welcomes new British Citizens

Greater Manchester Deputy Lieutenant Martin Ainscough and Mayor of Wigan Coun Kevin Anderson welcomes Wigan's new British Citizens as certificates were presented at the monthly British Citizenship ceremony held at Wigan Town Hall.
