Hunter Biden Found Guilty on All Counts in Gun Trial, Faces Maximum 10 Year Sentence

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was found guilty on all three criminal counts in his gun trial in Delaware. The charges relate to Hunter Biden purchasing a handgun from a Delaware gun store in October 2018 while being an active user of illegal drugs and lying on the form that he was not an unlawful drug user. Hunter Biden faces a maximum 10-year prison sentence on two counts and a maximum of 5 years on the third count. His sentencing date will be set later. In addition to these gun charges, Hunter Biden also faces charges in Los Angeles for failing to pay taxes on over $1.4 million in income over several years, with that trial set for September.
