Matthew Perry feared to have been swapping drugs with fellow addict friends

Amid reports police are about to announce charges including involuntary manslaughter in connection with the actor’s death, a former CIA and FBI investigator has said there are fears he was swapping drugs prescriptions with fellow addict friends.
