The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is looking into "an assassination attempt" against former US President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, authorities said in a news conference that ended just after midnight on July 14.
FBI identified 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks as the "subject involved".
