Work To Empty Oil From Stranded Chinese Ship Scheduled To Begin

Authorities expect to begin emptying oil from a Chinese ship stranded off the coast of northern Taiwan by Typhoon Kong-rey. They say the extraction operation will take up to two weeks to complete.
