A mob of 80-100 people, armed with swords and sticks, went on a rampage. Police officers were attacked, with one cop assaulted with an axe. The situation has led to curfew-like conditions in 10 police stations across Nagpur. AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi also commented on the riots.
