People's Action Party's (PAP) former Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC leader Tan See Leng insisted that he did not abandon the ward to move to Chua Chu Kang GRC.
During a walkabout in Teck Whye on Saturday morning (April 26), Dr Tan mentioned that he promised Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and residents that he would "take care of the constituency and do it well".
