Mumbai, May 04, 2025 (ANI): Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray Faction MP Sanjay Raut slammed Bhartiya Janta Party over Ladli Behna Scheme and Hindu-Muslim dispute. He said that there is nothing new in the fund of Ladli Behna scheme have been diverted. ‘Ladli Behna Yojana’ has almost stopped. Now it has come down from Rs 1500 to Rs 500. During the election campaign, it was said that Rs 2100 would be given. Did Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis give their share to Laadli Behanao?... This is public money.
Addressing media, he said, “The funds of Laadli Bahana Yojana have been diverted, what is new in it, did Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis give their share to Laadli Behanao? The government's money is there… Finance Minister Ajit Pawar says that he is not giving money, the government has no money… And these people are saying that my department's money is being stolen…Is it your father's money?... Is it public money... Are you begging Rs 500 to your dear sisters?... Stop this scheme, why are you giving Rs 500, are you doing charity?
Further on Hindu Muslim controversy, He Said, “This is the policy of BJP, whoever not support BJP’s sin, they(BJP) start trolling them… The girl said that all the brothers of Kashmir supported… But now their (BJP) Hindu Muslims have failed here… They are insulting the whole Nation… Real Sanghi is not there, it is Duplicate Sanghi… ‘Naye Mullahe Ban gaye hai Sangh me…”
