Mumbai, May 19 (ANI): Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan questioned the Centre’s silence on Rahul Gandhi’s query about aircraft losses. Citing past wartime precedents, he asked why the government is avoiding a Parliament session and public accountability. On Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi's tweet asking how many aircraft India lost, Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan says, "In 1962, 1965, 1971 & 1999, Parliament sessions were held, and unanimous resolutions were passed. Why are you (Central govt) shying away from holding a Parliamentary session? Is it not the government's duty to answer questions? What was wrong that Rahul Gandhi said? Will they not answer the public?"
