గోదావరి పుష్కరాలకు సంబంధించి నిధుల కేటాయింపులో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెలంగాణకు తీవ్ర అన్యాయం చేస్తోందని రాష్ట్ర దేవాదాయ, అటవీ శాఖ మంత్రి కొండా సురేఖ అన్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‍కు మొదటి విడతగా కోట్లలో నిధులిచ్చిందని, ఇప్పటికే అక్కడ పనులు మొదలుపెట్టారని చెప్పారు. తెలంగాణకు మాత్రం రూపాయి కూడా మంజూరు చేయలేదని ఆరోపించారు. రాష్ట్రానికి అన్యాయం జరుగుతున్నా కేంద్రమంత్రిగా ఉన్న కిషన్‍రెడ్డి పట్టించుకోకపోవడం బాధాకరమన్నారు. రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలను రెండు కళ్లుగా చూడాల్సిన బాధ్యత కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై ఉందన్నారు. ఏపీని ఒకలా.. తెలంగాణను మరోలా చూడటం భావ్యం కాదన్నారు.
Regarding the Godavari Pushkaralu fund allocations, State Endowments and Forest Minister Konda Surekha stated that the central government is committing a grave injustice to Telangana. She said the central government has released crores of rupees as the first installment to Andhra Pradesh, and work has already begun there. However, not even a single rupee has been sanctioned for Telangana, she alleged. She expressed disappointment that Kishan Reddy, who is a Union Minister from Telangana, is not taking any action despite the injustice to the state. She emphasized that the central government has the responsibility to treat both Telugu states equally and should not view Andhra Pradesh and Telangana differently.
