सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ सेकेंड्री एजुकेशन यानी सीबाएसई ने 10वीं कक्षा की बोर्ड परीक्षा को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है. 2026 से 10वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा साल में 2 बार होगी. परीक्षा का पहला चरण फरवरी में आयोजित किया जाएगा, उसके बाद मई में दूसरा चरण आयोजित किया जाएगा. दोनों परीक्षाएं पूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम पर आयोजित की जाएंगी. कक्षा दसवीं के छात्रों के लिए बोर्ड परीक्षा के पहले चरण में उपस्थित होना कम्पलसरी होगा. दूसरा चरण ऑप्शनल रहेगा. वहीं, इंटरनल असेसमेंट केवल एक बार किया जाएगा. इस फैसले के बाद छात्रों को अपने अंकों में सुधार का मौका मिल पाएगा. यदि किसी छात्र के अंक पहले चरण में कम रह जाते हैं, तो वह दूसरे चरण में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करके सुधार कर सकेगा. केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (CBSE) ने कक्षा 10वीं के लिए वर्ष में दो बार बोर्ड परीक्षा आयोजित करने के मानदंडों को मंजूरी दे दी है.
The Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE has taken a big decision regarding the board examination of class 10th. From 2026, the 10th class examination will be held twice a year. The first phase of the examination will be conducted in February, followed by the second phase in May. Both the examinations will be conducted on the full syllabus. It will be compulsory for class 10 students to appear in the first phase of the board examination. The second phase will be optional. At the same time, internal assessment will be done only once. After this decision, students will get a chance to improve their marks. If a student's marks are low in the first phase, he will be able to improve by performing well in the second phase. CBSE has approved the norms for conducting board examinations twice a year for class 10th, a step recommended in the NEP.
