Jammu, (J&K), June 27, 2025 (ANI): On the statement made by RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said, "Obviously! I don't think there's any doubt about it. Dattatreya Hosabale has stated that the words 'secular' and 'socialist' were added to our preamble after the 45th amendment... Dr. Ambedkar has crafted one of the world's finest constitutions. If this was not his thinking, then how did someone add these words?... While delivering a speech on June 26, Hosabale remarked that during the Emergency, terms like "Socialism" and "Secularism" were forcibly inserted into the Constitution -- a move that needs to be reconsidered today.
