Fledglings, North Essex, is a charity founded in 1998 by social worker Ruth Lingard MBE that supports families of children with any disability or special need, from dyspraxia to life threatening illnesses. They help parents to find the right products for their children’s specific needs, such as safety equipment, clothing and learning aids.
