Here is a wonderful idea: Simply buy a rack, and stack along here all of your frying pans, your griddle pans, your splatter screens and your covers. It is so easy because all you do is open up your cabinet door, take out the pan you want, and immediately start cooking. There is no more searching for the pan that you need, it is right in front of you. And when you are doing that for your frying pans, do it also for baking. This is actually an old file folder that used to hold the manilla envelopes. I decided to transform it and put it in my baking section of my kitchen. It now holds my lasagna pan, casseroles, baking sheets and cooling racks. So this is another space saving tip on how to cook better and have more fun.
