The Perfect Christmas Smoothie - Christmas Fantasy by Natalie

Ingredients:
- A few Lychees
- Mint Leaves
- Martini Glass
- 0.5 oz of Peach Liqueur
- 0.5 oz of Lychee Liquer
- Blue Curacao
- Red Grenadine
- 1/4 oz Peppermint Syrup
- Ice

Method:
- Chop mint leaves into long thin slices. Leave a small piece for decoration.
- Chop the Lychees into small pieces and place everything in a blender.
- Place 2 scoops of ice in the blender
- Add Peach and Lychee Liqueur in blender
- Add Peppermint Syrup
- Add Blue Curacao
- Blend for approximately 15-20 seconds
- Pour in Martini Glass and add Red Grenadine for colour
- Garnish with a small piece of Mint Leaf
