Caught on camera: Thief uses itch powder to rob victims

A serial thief in Bhopal has a unique operating procedure. As captured on CCTV in a hospital, he sprinkles a powder on or near victims that makes them itchy. In the distraction, the thief walks off with a purse. He pulled a similar stunt at a local bank. The police is now looking for him.
