Cabinet meets at 2 pm on Lokpal, bill could be in Lok Sabha on Wed

In a few hours from now, says the government, a final draft note on the contours of the Lokpal Bill will be ready. But the Cabinet will now only meet tomorrow at 2 pm to approve that note and the government will then try to bring the Bill in Parliament on Wednesday.
