Diplomatic Peace Efforts Fail to Stop Kassam Rocket Barrages

As diplomatic efforts increase in preparation for the upcoming peace summit in Annapolis, while the sides continue to discuss ways of reaching a peaceful solution, residents in southern Israel continue to pay the price of the constant Kassam rocket attacks on their communities. Last week Defense Minister Ehud Barak warned that the time to launch a largescale ground operation is approaching.
