A group of Palestinian and Israeli activists dressed as Santa Claus, have clashed with Israeli forces, demonstrating against Israel's construction of a barrier along the West Bank. The demonstration took place in the village of Bilin, where approximately 80 demonstrators were countered by tear gas fired by Israeli security forces. Protesters hold demonstrations each Friday in Bil'in and Nalin to protest the Israeli wall that severs residents of the villages from their lands.
