A Raja seeks refund of 3G fee paid by BSNL, MTNL

Pitching for telecom PSUs BSNL and MTNL, Telecom Minister A Raja has approached Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee seeking reimbursement of the Rs 29,598.33 crore paid by them for spectrum.
