"When it comes to medications there are options. If there is a resident that wants to come in and they're able and they're capable of managing their own medications, that's fine, they can do that themselves. If the resident needs us to do it we have a nurse here and all of our CNAs are med techs. So they will do all the medications for them.

We have a pharmacy that we go through and we'll do all the ordering, we'll take that huge load of the family's back, off the resident's back, and we will take care of all medication problems. We will also make sure that we communicate with the resident or with the family depending on who was the person that was in control of that.
