Hundreds killed in Syrian village massacre, say activists

More than 200 Syrians, mostly civilians, have been massacred by forces loyal to president Bashar al-Assad, according to opposition activists.

It is claimed that the village of Taramseh was bombarded by helicopter gunships and tanks, before militiamen swept in and killed victims one by one.
