Pakistan riots erupt over power shortages

Pakistanis upset over severe electricity shortages have clashed with police for a second day.

Some parts of the country face power cuts for eighteen hours a day.

The government says it underestimated the country's growth, but many blame incompetence and corruption for the shortages.
