Abkhazia to shut border after 'Georgian terrorist attacks'

Abkhazia is accusing neighbouring Georgia of waging a 'terrorist war' against it. It follows reports of a number of explosions in the last two days, which injured several people. President Sergey Bagapsh is blaming the blasts on special forces taking orders from Tbilisi.
