Peace cheered in Tripoli while rebels insist Gaddafi goes

2011-04-11 5 Dailymotion

In Libya, Colonel Gaddafi has accepted a peace proposal from the African Union, after several hours of talks in the capital Tripoli. The plan has yet to be approved by the opposition, so the delegation's next stop is rebel held Benghazi. Despite coalition forces aiding the opposition's advance on Tripoli, rebels are growing disillusioned over the rising number of so-called friendly-fire incidents. RT's Yegor Piskunov reports now on how peace will not be easy to achieve.
