Fake captain breaches security

In a shocking act of brutality a sitting Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) MLA from Loharu, Dharampal Obra allegedly beat up a differently abled rape victim and her husband. This was after his nephew Rajinder was booked for raping the victim and filming the heinous act.
