Europeans believe NATO can deter the Americans

European members of NATO managed on Tuesday to prevent Washington from making the "most odious statements" on South Ossetia, says Russia's envoy to the alliance, Dmitry Rogozin. He spoke exclusively to RT after the meeting in Brussels.
