11 people have been killed and 3 more are missing after flooding in Russia's southern Krasnodar region. Two days of heavy rain caused two major rivers to burst their banks, flooding already 22 villages. At least a thousand people have been caught in the deluge. Many have been evacuated from the area, but hundreds are refusing to leave their homes. The rain, which is expected to last at least another 24 hours, has also caused mudslides in the mountains, blocking several stretches of railway.
