Global stocks mixed, fiscal cliff talks resume, & jobless claims fall

12/27/12 Stocks were trading mixed around the globe as Barack Obama and Congress returned to Washington D.C. to resume fiscal cliff negotiations. Also, jobless claims fell and housing starts saw a boost.
