North Korea 'plans to conduct nuclear test'

China has called for calm and restraint after North Korea said it will carry out further rocket launches and a nuclear test targeting the United States.
Chinese Foreign Ministry urged the "relevant party" not to take any steps that would raise tensions.
Pyongyang's announcement comes just days after the United Nations increased sanctions against North Korea, following a rocket launch last month.
