Pakistan invests millions in forensic technology

Pakistan has one of the world's lowest conviction rates which many blame on outdated forensic practices. But a new 25 million dollar state-of-the-art facility in Lahore aims to change that. Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tyab reports.
