NIA court to try the Italian marines

Two weeks after the Italian marines - Massimiliano Latore and Salvatore Girone - returned to India to face trial for killing two Indian fishermen off the Indian coastline in Kerala last year, the path has been cleared for the legal battle. Union law minister has confirmed that trial the National Investigation Agency which has been handed over the probe into killing of two Indian fishermen will begin soon in a special court in Delhi.
