Suspects accused of Boston bombing cover-up deny charges

They didn't plan the deadly marathon bombings but they did interfere with the investigation --- that's what authorities are alleging about three new suspects - in documents filed in a Boston court on Wednesday.

Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, both 19, are seen here with bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. They are charged with conspiring to obstruct justice. Specifically, they are accused of throwing away a backpack containing fireworks and a laptop belonging to Tsarnaev.

Both men are Kazakhstani nationals. Outside the courthouse, their attorneys addressed the charges.

"Dias Kadyrbayev absolutely denies the charges. As we've said from the very beginning, he assisted the FBI in this investigation. He is just as shocked and horrified by the violence in Boston that took place as the rest of the community is."
