Rare Leopard Cat Spotted in Southwestern Taiwan

Researchers in Tainan in Taiwan's southwest spotted a leopard cat on July 15. Its the first time the animal has been seen in the area in 17 years, and may show that the country's efforts to protect animal habitats are working.
