Reese Witherspoon was arrested in Atlanta for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer while drunk when her husband, Jim Toth, was apprehended for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Reese Witherspoon apparently got out of hand when her husband failed a sobriety test after their car was pulled over. The actress disobeyed orders from police to stay inside the car and proceeded to yell at the officer, according to the police report. "Do you know my name," Witherspoon shouted at the policeman. "No, I don't need to know your name," he replied. "You are about to find out who I am," she said.
