A Cambodian necrophiliac who dug up a teen's corpse to have sex with her lifeless body, was busted by local police over the weekend after he fell asleep inside the coffin, according to a report by The Daily Mail citing local sources.
The suspect, identified as 47-year-old Chin Chean, had reportedly attended the funeral of a 17-year-old girl in southeastern Prey Veng province last Thursday and was seen returning to the grave the next evening in a drunken stupor before digging up the casket.
Chean allegedly managed to pry open the coffin and undress the young girl's corpse, but found the casket to be too small to carry out the disturbing deed.
Villagers were shocked to find his legs sticking out of the girl's grave early the next morning.
Chean was promptly arrested by local authorities and fessed up.
Police say Chean had a reputation as a rather strange fellow, who perhaps under the influence of drugs he was known to take, would commit unusual acts such as running naked around a local pagoda.
