Bloody Cop Kills: Dredd

I am going to keep this one short. The clip really says it all. When an exploding-flame round lands in someone's face and it melts, we kind of have an obligation to put this on this list. Dredd was a surprisingly great action film despite its modest budget and poor promotion. One of the reasons was how it managed to bring the violence, but never lose its style.
